Your business unit:

Tax & Legal

The role will involve:

- Reviewing/preparing/updating contracts with clients and vendors

- Reviewing/preparing/updating policies, procedures and other internal documents

- Research and drafting memoranda on various legal issues

- Participation in various legal projects

- Monitoring of the Armenian legislation and some other informational resources

- Supporting the Company’s compliance with applicable regulations and requirements

- Proofreading and legal translation


- Higher legal education or last years of legal studies;

- Analytical and solution-oriented mind;

- Critical and logical thinking;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Ability to work as a part of a team and multitask;

- Ability to analyze information and learn quickly;
- Good knowledge of legal framework;

- 1-2 years of relevant experience is desirable;

- Advanced computer skills;

- High level of responsibility;

- Accuracy and attention to details;

- Advanced spoken and written English and Russian language skills;

- Career and professional development oriented mindset.
