Deloitte is seeking a Junior tender specialist to join Business Development Group within the Internal Client Services Department in the Ufa office.

The role will involve:


  • RFP monitoring using spesialised system Seldon;
  • Analysis of tender instructions/specifications ("RFPs") in order to identify the types of services that are required and relevant teams;
  • Processing of incoming audit RFPs received via calls, website, mailroom and fax;
  • Preparation of email communication about opportunity identified and its distribution to relevant teams/functions;
  • Preparation of analytical reports via Seldon;
  • Bid submission on electronic trade platforms (e-trades), using e-signatures;
  • Registering/ maintaining the functionality of e-trades;
  • Distribution of the Firm's incoming correspondence to a right person and on time
  • Monitoring of tender results.



  • Good time management skills;
  • Attentive;
  • Confidence in making a pressure on teams or partners while seeking for a feedback;
  • Basic understanding of audit/tax/consulting services;
  • Highly committed, responsible person;
  • Experienced user of MS Office (Power Point, Word);
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Quick learner, passionate about professional/self-development;
  • Basic knowledge of English.
