Through a relentless focus on clients, a powerful global network, and esteemed industry expertise, Deloitte’s Financial Advisory business provides strategic solutions in corporate finance advisory, forensic, M&A transaction, restructuring, and valuation services.

The role will involve:

  • supporting partners in developing Deloitte’s Corporate Finance business in the region; supporting the business development efforts of other departments;
  • project management (teams of up to 10-15 people depending on project scope, including cross-functional and cross-border teams);
  • guiding and developing teams over the entire engagement cycle (applying valuation and forecasting methodology, industry and market research, modeling, building projections, preparing reports and presentations, quality control, etc.);
  • evaluating staff performance.


  • strong managerial and interpersonal skills, experience of managing several project teams, including cross-functional and multi-locational teams;
  • 6+ years of experience in valuation, investments and security analysis;
  • strong financial accounting (IFRS, GAAP) knowledge, an international accounting certificate (ACCA, CPA, DipIFR) is a plus but not a requirement;
  • international certification (CFA in progress, ASA) will be an asset
  • excellent knowledge of valuation methodology and standards (international valuation standards and national standards in one CIS country);
  • advanced financial modeling skills;
  • good written and spoken English and Russian; knowledge of Uzbek will be an asset;
  • strong presentation skills;
  • self-starter and motivation skills.
