Your business unit:

The Talent team supports our Audit, Tax & Legal, Financial Advisory and Consulting practitioners and is always ready to assist employees in all matters within the scope of its responsibilities and advise on all issues in order to make their experience at Deloitte as productive as possible.

The role will involve:


  • Engage in the full recruitment cycle, at both graduate and experienced levels (contact candidates; arrange interviews and tests; and check references)
  • Screen candidate CVs; monitor and maintain the external candidate database updated
  • Develop and run internal and external advertisement campaigns (Internet, job sites, social networks, job fairs, etc.)

Talent Strategy

•   Deploy the Firm’s Talent Strategy and HR policies consistently

•   Develop headcount planning and control

•   Drive successful on-boarding and post hiring processes


  • Ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Provide day-to-day support to talent related operations
  • Participate in other HR projects


  • University degree
  • 3+ years of active recruitment and HR activities
  • Working knowledge of local employment law
  • Working knowledge of recruitment principles and techniques
  • Good track record of hiring experienced candidates for a range of positions
  • Experience with multinational clients/companies is desired
  • Experience with advanced Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong Internet user skills
  • Solid communication skills, and a people-oriented, mature and energetic attitude
  • Good motivation and a result oriented approach
  • Ability to work with many positions and candidates simultaneously
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Fluent knowledge of Russian and English (spoken and written)
