Deloitte is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join the CIS Technology Services (IT) group within the Internal Client Services department at the Saint-Petersburg office.

HR and Payroll is configured for Deloitte member firms across CIS. SAP standardized Russian and Ukrainian payroll with multiple customer enhancements. An unique Deloitte in-house payroll solution is used for Kazakhstan. User interface is implemented via Enterprise Portal.


The role will include:

  • Provide 1st level support to internal clients by phone, written request, or physical interaction;
  • Install and configure computers and other equipment both hardware and software parts;
  • Develop end-user documentation such as user guides, policies and procedures, training materials, etc;
  • Assist other team members, knowledge sharing, team player;
  • Provide stock and inventory management in line with ITSM model and internal Deloitte rules;
  • End user training: preparation of materials, courses handling, feedback collection.
  • Organize administrative function of network facilities.



  • Higher technical education;
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware and software Win 10 as mandatory requirement;
  • Practical knowledge of installation and maintenance of computers;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English;
  • Working experience in IT area no less than 6 months;
  • User-friendly, polite, patient; Able to explain technology in simple, understandable way;
  • Ready to work under pressure\overtime (seldom);
  • Ready to learn and share the knowledge;
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
