Deloitte is seeking a Specialist / Junior Specialist to join the Corporate Social Responsibility and Internal Sustainability (CSR) team within the Internal Client Services department in the Moscow office.

The ideal candidate will support and promote the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) and Green Agenda in the CIS. In collaboration with direct leadership, CSR Specialist will design an overarching strategy for corporate citizenship, localize and lead the WorldClass global initiative, lead the development of new and existing programs, mobilize the organization on issues that impact the company and local society, and act as a champion inside the company and to external audiences.

The role will involve:

  • Manage logistics for CSR events in collaboration with leaders across the firm
  • Build hands-on volunteering opportunities (skills based, traditional and pro bono) that engage employees in meaningful community contributions and support the business goals
  • Construct partnerships and collaborations with key local, national, global community organizations
  • Act as main point of contact for assigned corporate partners and their partnership activation elements
  • Identify and create content for the CSR internal and external websites
  • In collaboration with Marketing and Communication team design email announcements and communications about CSR events and maintain CSR calendars
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing and communication team to increase Deloitte’s presence in Social Media and internet in terms of Employer Brand activities
  • Develop appropriate goals and metrics, monitor and measure the success of CSR programs
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, public policy and government affairs departments to navigate local, state and federal regulatory and community landscape, identifying, negotiating and resolving potential issues to ensure programs and partnerships are compliant
  • Set up processes and procedures, for reviewing, responding and monitoring sponsorship to ensure consistency, compliance and alignment with Deloitte brand
  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of the CSR budget, including tracking expenses; match requests, invoices and sponsorships
  • Assist with data collection and processing for the Deloitte Impact Report and Deloitte carbon emissions data across the CIS region.


  • 2-3+ years of corporate sponsorship and/or account management, corporate social responsibility or sustainability – for experienced candidate; or relevant experience of volunteering in NGOs or internships in CSR / Sustainability companies – for junior specialist
  • Experience in project and event management, partnership development, marketing communication, charitable initiatives, volunteer management & engagement
  • Sophisticated understanding of the CSR landscape, key global and local issues and best practices, along with knowledge of the roles of private, non-profit and public sectors
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make informed judgments leading to effective partnerships and sustained relationships with a wide range of individuals and organizations including government, not-for-profit organizations
  • Solid understanding of key environmental issues and challenges, including climate change, waste management, responsible consumption, and green procurement
  • Understanding of and experience with in-house carbon emission reduction programs (including SBTs, CDP, and TCFD) is a plus
  • Database management skills
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation and presentations. Fluent Russian and English
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in the Russian Federation.
