Deloitte’s Technology Integration practice offers an end-to-end range of technology advisory and implementation services combined with in-depth industry expertise and knowledge of others service lines, which enables us to resolve our client’s toughest business challenges.

We are looking for professionals who will be responsible for the independent delivery of IT streams of large projects. This includes leading the approach, liaising with clients and other parties and directing the activities of individuals within the stream.

The role will involve:

  • Working with potential clients / markets to identify leads and bring them in as opportunities.
  • Leading sales activities: preparing proposals, presentations, etc.
  • Preparing and confirming contracts with clients.
  • Analyzing as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology/business requirements.
  • Working with clients to capture user requirements, aligning stakeholder expectations with project deliverables.
  • Translating user requirements into business and digitally enabled solutions.
  • Leading teams to deliver quality results on time and within the budget.
  • Focus services: IT / Digital / ERP strategy; IT structure and governance design; system selection; etc.
  • Monitoring the overall performance of the program/project portfolio.
  • Keeping the resource plan up-to-date for a full portfolio of programs/projects given the current status and priorities.
  • Advising on the use of all types of resources, including internal teams (developers, infrastructure, service desk), as well as teams from other departments/countries and external contractors.
  • Ensuring accurate consolidated reporting for the project/program portfolio.

 
Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management / IT management.
  • Sound experience in generating and leading sales.
  • Good technical (IT) background.
  • At least upper-intermediate English.
  • Multiple years of experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • PMI or PRINCE certification is a plus.
