Deloitte CIS is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist to join the Talent group within the Internal Client Services Department; the position is located at our Moscow office.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious and focused Talent practice. You will be responsible for providing necessary learning support to the function, i.e. ensuring robust high-quality learning curriculum is in place for all grades. This role will help to promote a continuous learning culture within the Firm and assumes accountability for ensuring a consistent, high-quality learning experience for all employees.

The role will involve:

  • Delivering a whole functional curriculum
  • Performing a functional learning needs analysis
  • Designing and developing a functional training curriculum
  • Designing and developing learning solutions/materials for the function, or source materials from the existing ones
  • Preparing a training calendar for training seasons
  • Working with facilitators (including research, briefings, and feedback)
  • Preparing and agreeing nomination lists for selected programs with functional leaders
  • Preparing and monitoring the functional training budget
  • Supervising junior colleagues
  • Organizing training programs
  • Reporting


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a training specialist
  • A pro-active approach and autonomy – to be accountable for own area
  • Focus on understanding the client’s business needs
  • Project management and team management skills
  • Responsible and goal-oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to cope under pressure and with a varied workload
  • An advanced Excel user
