Deloitte is seeking an experienced SAP SF Senior Consultant to join the CIS Technology Services group (IT) within the Internal Client Services department.

The role will involve:

  • Participation in SAP SF implementation projects (initially on internal SAP SF implementation project and further on the client’s side (Consulting)): leading the full-cycle SAP SF implementation stream.
  • Working on full-cycle consolidation engagements (including system design, build, test and launch).
  • Working on collaboration with vendor, clients’ and Deloitte professionals.
  • Managing teams of 2-3 consultants.
  • Participating in preparing proposals, pre-sales and sales activities.
  • Dealing with clients.



  • Expert knowledge at least one of SAP SF (modules Workforce Analytics, Employee Central Time-off, Employee Central Benefits, Succession and Development, Learning Management, Recruiting System, Onboarding) functionality.
  • SAP SF certification is a plus.
  • 2+ years’ practical experience of SAP SF implementation projects (leading the full-cycle project stream), 2+ completed full-cycle projects on SAP SF consultant or senior consultant position.
  • Good understanding of integration aspects with SAP HCM system is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of consolidation the processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation & client facing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, persistence and attention to detail.
  • Result oriented.
  • Open to working extended hours according to project demands.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English.
  • Industrial experience in sales is a plus.
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation.
