A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated SAP SD consultant to join a young established team of SAP support professionals. Your role is to support Engagement Management module in the SAP landscape for a Professional Services Company in Russia and the CIS, implement business process changes within that system and advise business on more effective usage of SAP in 9 CIS countries (Including Ukraine and Kazakhstan).

Engagement Management (EM) is based on SAP for Professional Services Industrial Solution. This solution incorporates SD functionality with complicated pricing and resource-related billing engine, CATS and PS with Result Analysis (PS-REV-RA). All postings to FI are made within IFRS chart of accounts. Local accounting documents are posted separately. User interface is implemented via Enterprise Portal. EM team includes 3 other Engagement Management consultants. Support team also consists of FI, HR, BW and technical SAP consultants.

 

The role will involve:

 

  • Support of SAP EM module (including interfaces with external business systems supported by other teams) according to user requests and Incident Management processes;
  • Participation in further solution development of EM functionality according to the Change Management process;
  • Development of functional and technical specification of SAP EM functions for other consultants and programmers;
  • Input and coordination of SAP System testing;
  • Preparation to go-live with the changes according to a pre-defined schedule;
  • Contribution to key and end-user training;
  • Supervision and training of junior team members.
 

Requirements:

  • Experienced SAP SD consultant;
  • Advanced understanding of ABAP (as a debugger and a user) is a must;
  • Knowledge of SAP Workflow and Portal technologies and SAP modules - like MM/FI/HR are a plus;
  • A successful candidate must be innovative, while still maintaining a strong delivery focus;
  • Should be ready to learn and apply this new knowledge into practice;
  • Should easily find common language with other SAP consultants and business users;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in the Russian Federation.
