Deloitte is seeking a SAP HR Consultant to join the CIS Technology Services group (IT) within the Internal Client Services department.

HR and Payroll are configured for Deloitte member firms across the CIS. SAP standardizes Russian and Ukrainian payroll with multiple customer enhancements. A unique Deloitte in-house payroll solution is used in Kazakhstan. The user interface is implemented via the Enterprise Portal.

The role will involve:

  • Support of the SAP HR/PY module, mostly payroll, (including interfaces with external business systems supported by other teams) according to User Requests and Incident Management processes;
  • Participation in the development of further solutions development offor the HR/PY functionality according to the Change Management process;
  • Development of functional and technical specifications of for SAP HR and PY functions for other consultants and programmers;
  • Input and coordination of the SAP System testing;
  • Preparation to Go-live of for the changes according to a pre-defined schedule;
  • Input into Key and End-user training.



Experienced SAP HR/PY consultant;

Easily finding a common language [AB1] with other SAP consultants and business users;

Ready to learn and apply new knowledge into practice;

Understanding of ABAP and debugging technics will be a plus;

The successful candidate must be innovative, but structured and still maintain a strong delivery focus.
