A job opportunity exists in Deloitte CIS for a SAP Programmer to join a team of SAP professionals, providing SAP Support and Project activities for internal SAP systems. The role is to help SAP consultants to deliver their tasks by doing necessary debugs, investigations, development and corrections in the ABAP Workbench and Data Dictionary, Enterprise Portal and Fiori. Wide range of SAP modules involved (HR/Payroll, FI/CO, SD/MM/PS).


It can be fully remote, without permanent office presence. Overtimes are very seldom and considered only for emergencies and major project rollouts. No business trips planned.


The role will involve:


  • Participation in project activities (ABAP, Fiori, Java Web Dynpro) by implementing requirements from technical specifications from internal consultants according to Change Management process and agreed time schedule;
  • Participate in support requests in the same SAP modules passed by consultants, doing debugging, bug fixes and complex error resolution according to Incident Management processes;
  • Update functional and technical specification with important implementation details for further supportability of solution;
  • Input and participation of SAP System testing;
  • Preparation to Go-live of the changes according to pre-defined schedule.


The knowledge and experience in the following areas is required:


  • ABAP Workbench, Object-oriented programming, Data dictionary
  • Enterprise Portal, J2EE, Java Web Dynpro
  • SAP Business Workflow
  • ABAP enhancements (customer- and user- exits, BADI, etc)
  • ABAP debugging of standard and custom code, background jobs and BAPI functions
  • Source code conflict resolution (SPAU/SPDD)
  • PDF forms (Adobe Document Services, Interactive forms)

The following knowledge is optional, but beneficial:


  • FIORI and SAP UI5 technologies
  • ABAP Web Dynpro, SAP Web Services
  • Data migration techniques (BAPI, RFC, IDOC/ALE, BDC, LSMW)
  • SmartForms
  • English language (mainly for reading and writing documentation, listening presentations)
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation.
