Deloitte is seeking a Recruiter for a temporary project (6 months with a possible extension) to join the Talent Department at the Moscow office.

The role will involve:

  • Being in charge of filling senior positions and interacting with stakeholders
  • Identifying (via applications and direct sourcing) experienced candidates (active and passive)
  • Tracking candidates in the recruitment system (SAP Success Factors)
  • Reporting on the current status
  • Complying with all of the firm’s regulatory and quality requirements for the recruitment function.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Good track record of hiring experienced candidates for various positions
  • Experience with multinational clients/companies is desired
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of motivation
  • Result-oriented approach
  • Ability to work with high volumes of positions and candidates
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Intermediate English
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in the Russian Federation
