Deloitte is seeking a Manager to join the Technology & Processes in Tax and Accounting (TPTA) group within the Tax & Legal department in the Moscow office.

Technology & Processes in Tax and Accounting (TPTA) works specifically with projects involving: 

  • Development of data interfaces among various ERP solutions, e.g. 1C and SAP 
  • Preparation and review of transfer pricing notifications using Deloitte’s proprietary technological solutions 
  • Assistance with the tax element of the implementation of financial shared service centers 
  • 1C (local ERP system) implementation and quality assurance services, including the implementation of IFRS/US GAAP modules and functionality 
  • Tax support for business transformation projects such as payment factories, fast close, and others 
  • Development of tax and accounting functions including the unification and streamlining of tax and accounting processes based on industry best practices, improvement of internal tax controls 
  • Implementation of tax provisioning technology and processes 
  • Implementation of electronic document flows 
  • Post-merger integration (PMI) of tax processes and technology 
  • Fit/gap analysis including advice on the optimal implementation of proposed methodologies and verification of tax compliance in a particular ERP system

 

The role will involve: 

  • Working as part of an experienced team on complex TPTA projects for multinational companies operating in all industries (oil and gas, retail, whole-sale trading, media business, etc.) 
  • Working as part of a multifunctional team

 

Requirements

  • Higher education in accounting/finance/economics/IT 
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting
  • Knowledge of Russian accounting and taxation 
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines paying close attention to details 
  • High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations 
  • Excellent communication skills–fluent Russian and English and the ability to formulate, present and write concise, clear summaries on tax and accounting matters 
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in the Russian Federation
