Deloitte is seeking a Manager to join the Finance Transformation Group within the Consulting department at the Moscow office.

Today’s CFOs require in-depth knowledge of four key areas: strategy development, controls, operational management, and innovations.

 

As a manager, you will be able to advise CFOs on best practice in key areas of the finance function. You will do this by combining your personal experience with existing Deloitte propositions in e.g. performance management, cost management, financial modelling, shared services, financial process optimisation and profitability analysis. You will be responsible for the independent delivery of engagements or major modules of large projects. This includes leading the approach, liaising with clients and other parties and directing the activities of individuals within the team.

 

The role will involve: 

  • Reporting to the service line leader (Finance Transformation group) 
  • Leading small/medium-sized projects (treasury) or separate streams within key projects 
  • Proactively managing client issues and expectations
  • Planning and organising business development efforts 
  • Counseling a team of consultants on their strengths and areas for improvement, and facilitating on the job learning

 

Requirements

  • Solid experience in treasury, treasury IT system implementation, treasury process design 
  • Advanced knowledge in cash and liquidity management, financial instruments (loans, credit, covenants, FX, bank guarantees, guarantee facilities, factoring) 
  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems (1C, SAP ERP) 
  • Experience in the preparation of methodology documents 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel 
  • Advanced knowledge in financial accounting and reporting (IFRS, US GAAP, RAS)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation

  • Strong interpersonal qualities – we’re looking for professionals who are mature, enthusiastic, persistent, flexible, persuasive, pragmatic, ambitious, innovative, insightful and can judge situations and people quickly 
  • Strong analytical skills, self-direction, team-orientation 
  • Strong leadership skills

 

Previous working experience

  • Three or more years of relevant consulting experience or working in treasury services at leading companies 
  • Record of achievement and rapid career progression

 

Education 

  • Higher education in economics, business, finance or accounting 
  • Professional qualifications such as DipIFR, ACCA, CPA, CIMA (would be considered an advantage)
