Deloitte is seeking a Manager to join the Technology Integration Group within the Consulting department at the Moscow office.

We work closely with technology leaders and advise them on how best to create value for their organisation through technology. Our projects typically include strategic IT-planning assessment, enterprise architecture assessment, software 
and vendor selection, business cases, technology program management, technology service management design and deployment, as well as reporting and BI. We look for extremely talented and driven applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds.

As part of this team, you will work with high-profile clients, including owner-managed businesses, multinationals and public companies in a variety of sectors. You will have the opportunity and support to take on responsibility early on in order to start making a real contribution from day one.






  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics from a leading university
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with 1+ year in stream lead/manager roles performing technology assessments and developing strategic recommendations
  • Strong background and experience in at least two of the following areas: IT Service Management, IT Shared Service Centres, IT Governance & Management, IT Organization Design and Structure, IT Cost Allocation/Chargeback/Reduction, IT Performance Assessment and Transformation and IT Sourcing/Outsourcing
  • Demonstrated experience in business process improvement leveraging information and technology
  • Experience of defining or optimizing IT processes and organizational structure utilizing best practices such as ITIL or COBIT
  • Professional qualifications or certifications (ITIL, COBIT, CISA, CGEIT, etc.)
  • Strong communication and team play skills
  • Track record of increasing responsibility
  • Willingness to assume manager responsibilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation


In addition, ideal candidates will also have:

  • Experience in preparation and delivery of proposals, project structuring, determining resource requirements and resource planning, delivering oral presentations to tender committees and at various CXO levels
  • Prior consulting experience, preferably in a large consulting firm environment
  • Overall technical architecture knowledge across multiple industries
  • Experience in business process analysis, mapping, and design
