Your role will involve:

  • Support Japan Service Group (JSG) develop businesses with Japanese clients in Russia and other CIS countries
    •    Administration/Assistant work for Japan Service Group (JSG)
    •    Collection and analysis of  Japanese client data and revenue on monthly basis
    •    Arrangement and organization of event/seminar for Japanese clients
    •    Translation of documents and presentation materials (from Russian into Japanese/ from Japanese into Russian)
    •    Preparation of marketing and promotion materials for Japanese clients
    •    Communication with Deloitte Tohmatsu Tokyo and London office
    •    Attending seminars and meetings with Japanese clients

 

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills (Microsoft application & Internet user)
  • Language: Japanese and English – Upper Intermediate and higher
  • Administrative experience in a Western environment is a plus
  • High organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
