Technology Integration Group


We work closely with technology leaders and advise them on how best to create value for their organisation through technology. Our projects typically include strategic IT-planning assessment, enterprise architecture assessment, software and vendor selection, business cases, technology program management, technology service management design and deployment, as well as reporting and BI. We look for extremely talented and driven applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds.

As part of this team, you will work with high-profile clients, including owner-managed businesses, multinationals and public companies in a variety of sectors. You will have the opportunity and support to take on responsibility early on in order to start making a real contribution from day one.


Please notice that the next intake is planned for July '19. The selection process will being approximately in April-May '19.


The role will involve:

- Delivering Technology Integration projects

- Taking personal responsibility for individual tasks within a project

- Managing junior colleagues and teams

- Supporting sales and business development activity

- Collecting and analysing data and statistics

- Assisting Senior Consultants and Managers with project-related tasks



- Advanced Excel user: pivot tables, functions, VBA, etc.

- SQL basic knowledge, ETL

- BI tools knowledge (QlikView, Tableau, BusinessObjects), understanding of dashboards design is a strong advantage

- Proficiency level in any programming language is a plus

- Experience in gathering and analysing business and IT requirements

- Demonstrated interest in business intelligence/analytics

- University degree (or pursuing an undergraduate degree), preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering from a leading university.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and in English

- All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in the Russian Federation


Terms and conditions:
• Internship duration: 2 months. First day: July, 1. It is a part-time or full-time employment. Reasonable compensation package will be provided.
• Upon completion of internship the best candidates will be invited to join the Consulting Department of our CIS practice on permanent basis.
• University degree (or pursuing an undergraduate degree), preferably in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering.
