Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to join the Transfer Pricing group within the Tax & Legal department in the Moscow office.

The Transfer Pricing group provides various transfer pricing consulting services to Russian and multinational companies, including such services as the preparation of TP documentation, benchmarking analysis, TP advisory, participation in APA, MAP, and BMO projects, etc. We are a rapidly expanding practice, and we are committed to attracting and retaining highly skilled professionals.

The role will involve:

  • Performing market analyses with a focus on financial markets, work with specialized databases (e.g. Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters)
  • Performing economic analyses of controlled transactions, mainly with financial instruments involved (loans, derivatives, etc)
  • Preparing TP documentation in accordance with the Russian, OECD and other transfer pricing rules for multi-national enterprises
  • Financial modeling of complicated transactions for tax purposes

Requirements:

  • BA/MA degree (economic/finance education is preferred)
  • Understanding of the key principles of Finance. Financial economics – a must, financial engineering – an advantage
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience–obtained either at professional services firms or in industry
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, TP legislation, and BEPS initiatives – an advantage
  • High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good team player
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills–fluent Russian and English, and the ability to formulate, present and write concise, clear summaries on tax matters
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in the Russian Federation
