The Business Process Solutions group works specifically with the projects involving maintenance of accounting and tax books of clients both RAAS and IFRS in different ERP systems, preparation of accounting, tax and other statutory reporting, payroll processing, HR administration for companies operating in various industries. Our clients are foreign owned companies represented in Russia, as well as Russian Legal Entities. HR compliance reviews to ensure that processes comply with current labor legislation.

Preparation of obligatory HR documents for hiring, termination, holidays, business trips and other HR events in accordance with Russian labor law.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents relating to labor safety (LS) and civil defence (CD), e.g. documentation on LS briefings, training, medical examinations, assessment of working conditions, workplace accidents, protective equipment etc.
  • Plan Client`s mandatory activities in terms of LS and CD and follow up on the plan.
  • Prepare necessary materials and deliver introductory LS briefings, first aid training on behalf of the Client.
  • Monitor the changes in Russian legislation on occupational health and safety, civil defence and implement updates and amendments.
  • Advise clients on the requirements of Russian legislation on occupational health and safety and civil defence.

 

The successful candidate should have:

  • Higher education in «technosphere safety» or similar specialization relating to occupational safety, Health, Safety and Environment or Higher education + occupational retraining as a labor safety specialist (256 hours)
  • Solid knowledge of local and international labor safety processes and regulations
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good PC skills
  • High organizational skills
  • Ability to fulfill analytical/research tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Concern for order and quality
  • Prior experience as an industrial labor safety specialist and basic fluency in occupational safety related technology platforms and tools to execute on relevant occupational safety administration solutions would be an advantage
