Deloitte is seeking a Consultant (C2-C3) to join the Technology and Processes in Tax and Accounting  group within the Tax & Legal department in the Moscow office.

Technology and Processes in Tax and Accounting (TPTA) provides complex business support to companies that have implemented or are planning to implement one of the most popular ERP-solutions (SAP ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards Enterprise One, Hyperion, Scala, 1C).

The Technology and Processes in Tax and Accounting (ТРТА) practice assists clients with:

  • Gap analysis;
  • Tax or accounting methodology development;
  • Defining requirements for forms and reports to be automated;
  • Preparation/approval of system/project concepts;
  • Assistance in system testing, preparation of test scripts and user guidelines;
  • User training;
  • Post go-live user support.

The Technology and Processes in Tax and Accounting (ТРТА) practice also focuses on projects that enable efficiently functioning processes and systems for our clients:

  • Setting up data exchange between different ERP-solutions, e.g. 1C and SAP;
  • Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing notifications by using own technology solutions;
  • Assistance in tax matters when establishing Shared Finance Service Centers;
  • Implementation of 1C (local ERP-system) and quality control, including implementation of IFRS/USA GAAP modules and related functionality;
  • Tax support of transformation projects such as “payment factories”, fast close, etc.;
  • Developing tax and accounting functions, including best practices-driven standardization and optimization of tax and accounting processes; enhancing internal tax controls;
  • Implementation of technology and processes for tax provisions;
  • Implementation of electronic document flow;
  • Integration after merging tax processes and technologies;
  • Gap analysis, including advising on optimal implementation of the technologies suggested, review of compliance with the tax legislation in a specific ERP-system.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education (IT is a plus)
  • Experience involving at least 2-3 projects for implementing legally important electronic document flow systems (after 2013);
  • Knowledge of legislation requirements in electronic document flow;
  • Experience with cryptographic ciphering tools;
  • Experience with electronic document flow systems and SAP solutions;
  • Sound knowledge of record keeping process, standards and federal standards of working with documents;
  • Knowledge of document flow systems and their implementation methods;
  • Awareness of modern information systems organization methods;
  • A persistent team-player with a focus on details;
  • Good understanding of legislation requirements with regard to RAS / tax accounting;
  • Fluency in Russian and English (i.e., ability to formulate, present and write clear and concise summaries on tax and accounting matters)consultation for users, preparation of technical and user documentation, etc.);
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation.
