Deloitte is seeking a CRM Developer to join the CIS Technology Services (IT) group within the Internal Client Services department at the Moscow office.

HR and Payroll is configured for Deloitte member firms across CIS. SAP standardized Russian and Ukrainian payroll with multiple customer enhancements. An unique Deloitte in-house payroll solution is used for Kazakhstan. User interface is implemented via Enterprise Portal.

 

Main resposibilities:

  • Take part as a key developer in CRM Dynamics enhancements for Deloitte: make architectural decisions, develop new functionality, maintain current modules
  • Take part as a developer in .Net based solutions, developing BACK-end (server-side)  and FRONT-end (JavaScript / modern frameworks like angular.js as a plus) code. MS Reporting services, MS SQL administration as a plus
  • Take part as a key developer in SharePoint 2016 based solution (sever-side code, features, event-receivers, jobs, customized-forms, Nintex workflows, ADFS, REST API)
  • Supervise and control application development by vendors-sub-contractors – code review, investigation, consulting
  • Support application deployment / roll-out activities
  • Close cooperation with admins and DBAs
  • Support integrational solutions – MS SSIS – usually between SAP and .Net based solutions

 

Requirements:

Hard skills

  • Relevant experience min 2 years 
  • Knowledge of .NET Framework
  • Knowledge of C Sharp (C#)
  • Knowledge of Web Services
  • Knowledge of MS SQL – IS
  • Knowledge of basics over database design principal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of Microsoft reporting services power BI
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSI) - must
  • Knowledge of Jira
  • Understanding of CRM business processes – customers and contractors

Soft skills:

  • Strong communication skills, reinnovation ability
  • English - minimum Intermediate.
  • You should be a good team player
