The position of HR Team Coordinator provides an excellent opportunity for you to start the HR career and to discover how different fields of HR work.


The role will involve:

    Engaged in the full cycle of graduate recruitment

    Regularly screen CV of candidates coming to the Company address

    Maintain and keep an updated external candidate database and create recruitment reports

    Develop and run internal and external advertisement campaigns (Internet, Job sites, social networks etc.)

    Contact candidates, arrange interviews and conduct a competency-based interview.

    Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates, managers as well based on the jobs pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.

    Participate in other HR projects as required


To be considered you need to process:

    6 months of active recruitment & research activities will be a plus

    Knowledge of recruitment principles & techniques

    Intermediate English Level

    Good user knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Strong communication skills, people-oriented, mature and energetic

    Eager to learn and take challenges
