Deloitte is seeking IT Helpdesk Specialist to join the Internal Client Services department at the Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

  • IT troubleshooting: obtain an issue, analyze it, try to solve using knowledge base or collect maximum of information for delegation to the second level;
  • Installation of additional software if approved by management;
  • Creation of user documentation FAQ manuals ;
  • Computer and other equipment (projector, printer, scanner, fax, phone device, etc) setup and configuring;
  • Fixing computer and other equipment;
  • Knowledge information experience sharing with colleagues;
  • Contacting service-centers re hardware repair;
  • Resolving of long term issues by contacting colleagues, supplier and management



  • Previous experience of 1 year in helpdesk is a plus
  • Previous experience in working with notebooks in a plus
  • Hardware-software understanding and practical experience of setting up configure
  • Understanding of network
  • Intermediate written and upper-intermediate speaking English
  • User-friendliness, politeness, patience
  • Ability to explain IT things in simple words
  • Responsibility and team-playing
  • Higher technical education
