Deloitte is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join the Talent unit within the Internal Client Services Department at the Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

  • Personnel Administration – processing documents and movements in SAP (hire, transfer, promotion, end of employment, update of personal details, filling of labor books, etc);
  • Time Management – managing work schedules, absences/attendances reporting;
  • Payroll administration – managing additional and recurring payments and bonuses;
  • Reporting – preparation of internal and external reporting;
  • Coordination of insurance processes – (medical, life, travel);
  • Coordination of expats’ issues (Visas, Employment permits, Tax residency);
  • Onboarding – induction for newcomers at 1st day.



  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR administration;
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Experience of work with SAP will be a great asset;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Ukrainian, Russian and English
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Ukraine.
