Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Specialist

Deloitte is seeking a Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Specialist at the Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

  • Coordinate initiatives: green programs, social projects, charity activities, etc;
  • Maintain activities calendar;
  • Engage employees in corporate volunteering activities;
  • Communicate regularly and clearly via an internal corporate network. Cooperate with the PR team to prepare external communications on Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability;
  • Assist in the preparation of Sustainability reports;
  • Maintain payment procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree;
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate social responsibility / communications / event management;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Good analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;
  • Result-oriented;
  • Flexible, team player, self-motivated;
  • Strong desire to support the Deloitte community and related activities;
  • Good communication and writing skills (Ukrainian and English).
