Junior P&CS and HR Specialist

Your business unit:

The role will involve:

  • Personnel administration (hiring, resignation, annual staff vacations, sick leave)
  • Recruiting
  • Coordinate and gather all payroll-related information
  • Staff paperwork (filing documents, preparing labor agreements, job descriptions, personnel orders, etc.)
  • Coordinate changes to staff in SAP HR program
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports
  • Provide monthly reports upon request
  • Provide support to those on company benefits
  • Assist foreign employees in getting visas
  • Coordinate vendor agreements
  • Coordinate work with providers of IT maintenance and technical support services
  • Coordinate work with the Deloitte Academy in Kazakhstan to arrange training sessions for the firm's clients
  • Provide back-up for absent Administrative Assistant

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • At least two years’ experience in HR OR Administrative functions
  • Knowledge of Kyrgyz Labor Law and regulations
  • Experience in visa and work permit processing is a plus
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Russian
  • Experience with SAP is a big advantage
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail, reliability and flexibility
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
