With rapid changes in local and international accounting and regulatory environment, companies of different sizes and from different industries require increasingly robust and high-quality service from auditors. There is a need for competent professionals who can provide valuable insights to stakeholders in addition to pure auditing. We are currently recruiting into our team of world-class professionals to serve our clients across different industries and geographies.
As a member of Deloitte Audit and Assurance team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging assurance engagements and work on short secondments to other teams. Working under close supervision of more experienced colleagues including managers and partners, you will help execute and deliver on our engagements. In return, you will receive real life on-job learning tailored to your unique interests and aspirations. You will get all the necessary skills, knowledge and opportunities to progress professionally and personally. As you build up on your competencies and experience, you will become a trusted business advisor adding value to our clients and engagement teams every day.


  • Fulfill audit assignments;
  • Prepare working papers on the results of procedures carried out in accordance with instructions given and (or) programs;
  • Inform seniors in due time of the results of procedures performed and of any issues that arose during the audit or any other similar services.


  • Graduates from Finance/Accounting/Mathematics/Statistics OR graduating students;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Strong English oral and writing skills;
  • Logical and analytical thinking;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) is a must;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to work in a team environment;
  • Readiness for business trips, strong communication skills, integrity, enthusiasm, commitment.
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Kyrgyz Republic.
