Your business unit:

Deloitte Consulting - Strategy & Operations, is expanding its team in Central Asia. Deloitte S&O works with management teams to identify, design and implement their most critical strategic and operational issues. The role will involve:

  • Assisting the Partner-in-charge through project execution and client development
  • Providing intellectual leadership for the project teams by generating key ideas and developing conceptual frameworks to guide execution
  • Regular meetings with clients to obtain updates on their business, synthetize case-specific implications and structure case for potential support
  • Playing a lead role in preparing proposals and client presentations
  • Providing effective coaching to team members


  • At least 6 years of full-time experience in Strategy & Operations consulting in a Big4 or global consulting firm
  • Broad, hands on experience working on topics related to corporate strategy, business transformation and M&A
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, creativity and communication skills
  • Flexible, proactive and pragmatic
  • Degree from a leading institution - international education is a strong plus
  • Full professional proficiency (written and oral) in Russian and English is a must
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Central Asia region, when necessary (approximately 25-50% of time)
