The role will involve:

- Take and transfer telephone calls received by the Company;
- Interaction with the staff of the administrative department of the Company to transfer calls or take messages from callers in the most convenient way for the caller;
- Sending outgoing documents through the courier services;
- Receive all incoming correspondence with the appropriate immediate registration of all incoming correspondence;
- Distribute incoming correspondence received between the relevant departments of the Company;
- Compilation of summary reports for sending outbound documents sent through the courier services;
- Receive customers, suppliers and other visitors of the Company in accordance with established internal procedures of the Company.


- Higher education;
- Work experience is preferable;
- Fluent English is preferable;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong communication skills.
